NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive on behalf of Teknoconstant Energy Private Limited (A Technocon Group Company), targeting select colleges in Odisha
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech, BBA
Stream or branch or specialization: Mechanical, Electrical (All combinations), Electronics (All combinations) & Instrumentation (All combinations).
Batch / Year of passing out: 2026 Passing Out Batch
Cut Off Criteria: Not applicable. Backlogs not allowed.
Gender: Male preferred.
Note: Candidates who are ready for field job may only apply.
Mandatory: 2-Wheeler + Valid Driving License.
Selection Process :-
Teknoconstant Energy Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Application / Resume level screening based on their CV’s, application inputs etc. | Elimination round.
Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Step 04: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F)
Step 05: Group Discussion / Communication Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination Round) – Optional
Step 06: Technical Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)
Step 07: HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)
Step 08: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
