JOB DESCRIPTIONS 

Job Title (s): Trainee- Business Development Associate

Qualifications : MBA, B. Tech- Biotechnology/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Communications/Metallurgy/ Mechatronics

*Excellent Communication skills are required.

Job Description:

• Building a strong pipeline of clients.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.
• Able to generate leads/prospects over the phone, and fix appointments for the Sales team, as well as managing communication thereafter.
• To develop & maintain positive working & effective relationship with existing /new clients
• Responsible for acquiring new clients through outbound calls, identifying business opportunities, facilitating the creation of solutions for clients.

Skill Set Required:

• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Joining Details:

• CTC to be offered with the base salary: Candidates will be offered INR 20,000/- for the first six months as Stipend amount and then their CTC will be 3.6 LPA.
• Service Agreement details (if any): 18 months (6 months training + 12 months full-time)
