Eligibility Criteria

Academic Requirements:

•  Minimum 70% in Graduation – BE / B. Tech (CSE/IT Streams) or MCA
•  Minimum 60% in both 10th and 12th Standards

Graduating Year: 2025

Backlogs: No current backlogs

Education Gaps:

•  No gap between 10th and 12th
•  Maximum 1-year gap allowed between 12th and graduation

Onboarding Location: Hyderabad (Candidates needs to be flexible to any location of EPAM offices)

2.  In person coding test
3.  Group Discussion
4.  Technical Interview
5.  Managerial Interview
6.  HR Interview

Compensation structure:

• As a Trainee:
  • Monthly Stipend: INR 27,500/-
    • INR 25,000/-
    • INR 2500 (food allowance)
• As a Full-Time Employee(FTE):
  • CTC INR.8,00,000/-
