NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Joint Recruitment Drive” by & for “Yazaki India Private Limited” for the candidates from few selected colleges in your region.
DET – Diploma In Engineering – 2021 passed out batch & 2022 passing out a batch from Electronics (ECE, ETC), Electrical (EE, EEE), Mechanical Engineering streams.
GET – B.E. / B.Tech – 2022 passing out batch from Electronics (ECE, ETC), Electrical (EE, EEE) streams.
Recruitment/Selection Process:
Yazaki India Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures/Recruiting Company | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Pre-placement talk/Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual/Online Mode | Optional)
Step 04: Online Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)
Step 05: Online HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)
Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 08: Onboarding.
