We are hiring for the position of “Lateral Trainee”, where the selected candidate will work as – On Site Service Engineer.
Employment Type/Payroll:
- For 2023 passed out batch: Permanent Role | They will be under the direct pay roll of the company.
- For 2024 passing out batch: Internship followed by permanent job. Initial 6 months, they will work as interns/trainee and after 6 months, they will be under the direct pay roll of the company.
Job profile & responsibilities:
- Provide service support
- Generate installation records
- Cross functional information Exchange to complete the project.
- Preparation of daily plan & delegate to appropriate resources
- Tracking the schedule & reporting the outcome to H.O. & ask for any help to minimize deviation
- Final sign off & commissioning of Project / Warranty support / Breakdown support/ Spare support.
Number of vacancies: 100+ (Hiring strictly depends on the quality of the candidates fulfilling our recruitment parameters).
Job location: Chennai. Initial induction process at Pune for 4 days, thereafter to be deputed at Chennai.
CTC/Stipend:
- For 2023 passed out batch: INR 3.00 LPA
- For 2024 passing out batch: Initial 6 months, stipend of INR 10K (In hand). After 6 months, salary of INR 3.00 LPA
Other monetary or non-monetary benefits: Free bachelor accommodation and transportation to workplace till the entire work tenure of Wipro Pari. At Pune they will also get free accommodation and transportation (at the time of Induction).
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech
Stream or branch or specialization: Electronics – ECE, ETC, EEE, EIE, AEIE, Mechatronics.
Batch / Year of passing out: 2023 passed out batch & 2024 passing out batch.
Cut Off Criteria: 60% and above in Engineering.
Gender: Male candidates.

Joining: The selected candidates have to join from Feb’24. (For 2024 passing out batch candidates – leaves will be provided during final semester).

Wipro PARI Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by Wipro Pari | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)
Step 04: Group Discussion / Communication Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Optional Process | Elimination Round)
Step 05: Technical Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)
Step 06: HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)
Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
