1. Sales Trainee (Field Marketing):

• Qualification: 2-year full-time MBA / PGDM (Marketing) from AICTE-approved institutions
• UG Background: Non-Engineering
• Eligibility: Minimum 60% throughout academics; no arrears
• Location: Field-based postings across Odisha
• CTC: ₹4.82 LPA during training; ₹6.75 LPA upon confirmation
• Training: 1-year On-the-Job Training (OJT), followed by confirmation as Sales Officer

2. Engineer Trainee – Construction Chemicals Division (CCD):

• Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech (Civil / Chemical Engineering) – 2026 batch
• Eligibility: Minimum 60% throughout academics; no arrears
• Location: Field-based postings across Odisha
• CTC: ₹4.82 LPA during training; ₹6.75 LPA upon confirmation
• Training: 1-year On-the-Job Training (OJT), followed by confirmation as Engineer – CCD

Selection Process:

• Online Test (Technical & Aptitude)
