Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Location: Chennai & Coimbatore

 Job Description / Role & Responsibilities:

• Work as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in production, quality, maintenance, or related departments.

• Assist in day-to-day operations, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality standards.

• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and process improvements.

• Participate in training programs to understand company systems and manufacturing technologies.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or related streams)

• 2025/2026 batch (or as applicable)

• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

 

Compensation Details:

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month

• Overtime: Additional pay for extra working hours as per company policy.
