NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Internship Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode) on behalf of ARC Document Solutions India Private Limited, targeting select colleges in Odisha
Please find attached the detailed information about this Joint Recruitment Drive.
Educational Qualifications & Eligibility:
Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT and allied streams) – From Government or Government Aided Engineering Colleges Only.
Batch / Year of passing out: 2026 passing out batch.
Cut Off Criteria: Xth & XIIth/Diploma – 60% and above & Engineering – 70% and above without any active backlogs as on date.
Gender: Both Male & Female candidates can apply
Recruitment / Selection Process :
ARC Document Solutions India Private Limited will follow the below selection procedure to recruit candidates for the positions mentioned:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Application/Resume level screening based on based on their CV’s, application inputs etc (Optional Elimination Round)
Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Technical + Logical Reasoning (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures |Optional Elimination Round)
Step 04: Preliminary Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional Elimination Round – Based on number of applicants)
Shortlisted candidates from above have to attend further process online or F2F at company premises as mentioned below:
Step 05: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F)
Step 06: Aptitude and Technical Test – Written (To be conducted by recruiting company officials & coordinated by Nextgen | Offline/F2F | Elimination round)
Step 07: HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)
Step 08: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
