This is to inform you that Kovair Software Pvt. Ltd. has started sending approval emails from yesterday (05.12.25) to registered students who have successfully submitted their details, activated their account link and received their Candidate ID to attend the campus recruitment drive.
The company will complete the sending process to all registered students within 3 days. Students are advised to check their email including the Spam folder from time to time.

Kovair Software Pvt. Ltd. Registration Process:
Step 1: Fill in your registration form correctly and submit it.
Step 2: Check your registered email and click the link to activate your account.
Step 3: Go to the candidate login page again, enter your Email ID and Password and log in.
Step 4: View, remember, or save your Candidate ID Number.
Registration closes on: 26th November at 10:00 PM
Eligibility –
CS-ALL & MCA with career 60% of 2026 graduating batch
A maximum 1-year backlog in academics will be acceptable

Step 1: Complete the registration (mandatory requirement)

· The resume that is uploaded during registration, must contain your recent photograph pasted on it.
· The college name should be correctly selected by you from the drop-down list in the registration form
The campus recruitment process is tentatively scheduled to be held between 15th and 19th December 2025.
Step 2: After submitting your registration, account activation is required. (Refer registered email inbox after registration). The activated accounts shall be considered for the selection process.
Step 3: After steps 1 &2 (mentioned above), Kovair shall communicate to the qualified applicants through email invitation, for the campus selection test schedule (date, time, venue). Expected not before 12th December 2025
Step 4: Subsequently, as per the details that will be mentioned in the invitation email from Kovair, attend for the selection test at the said venue and date & time.
