Graduate Engineer Trainee

Company: LTI Mindtree

Compensation: INR 4,05,233 per annum  

• Eligibility: 2025 Batch students from Computer Science & IT Branches of B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech /MCA/ 5 Yrs Integrated courses (all education in full-time/regular courses)
• Consistent academic records of 60% in 10^th, 12^th, Diploma (as applicable), UG and PG courses (aggregate of all semesters & subjects)
• Appropriate CGPA to percentage conversion to be considered as per the respective university norms. The scores of the main or improvement exam would be considered as final.
• For candidates who have pursued both HSC and Diploma, marks scored in the Diploma course will be considered.
• Initial results (% scores) declared would be considered for students awaiting re-evaluation results.
• At the time of recruitment process, there must be no standing arrears in current education.
• Not more than 2 years academic gap allowed. (between SSC/HSC/Diploma/UG/PG)
• Should be an Indian national.
• No Service Agreement / Bond in LTIMindtree

Students fulfilling the above criteria are getting TEST link on their mail and all eligible students will get TEST link by 30^th January for their online TEST on 1^st February. The details of mail that all eligible students will get is attached for your reference. Kindly go through the mail and prepare accordingly. All those who qualify in the online test will be called for Panel Interview which will be informed in due course.

Mandatory Prerequisites for the candidates before the assessment process:

1. The test is to be taken on a computer/laptop system, equipped with a working Webcam (external or built-in), headphone/earphone with mic and ensuring smooth internet connectivity throughout the test session.

1. For more understanding on the lockdown browser download process and Online Assessment Registration Form details (to be filled on the day of the assessment on the test platform), please refer the attached “Test Platform – User Guide Document”.
2. All extra applications and programs should be closed before launching the assessment. You will be asked to close any running application that may allow screen sharing.
3. Students to ensure proper dress code (business formals) and plain background throughout the test duration with good lighting and quiet environment. During the test, an automated proctoring system will use your laptop/desktop webcam to capture your images and continuous recording of the ambient audio/video.
